TABLES & THEMES
THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW…
- All tables should nominate a Table Captain. These representatives will be the key contact person for the Music in the Moonlight organisers for specific table information for the night.
- Tables may select a theme for their group's costumes and props. Feel free to take inspiration from the night's overall theme, or pick something completely different! PLEASE NOTE, this is not mandatory – tables may choose to come dressed in theme or simply dressed to party!
- If a theme is selected for the table, this theme MUST be registered with the committee – only one table per theme is allowed! Email info@musicinthemoonlight.com.au to reserve your theme. If you have questions, please email us your contact number and we'll give you a call.
- Remember, your theme should be kept under wraps until the night (and we promise we won't tell either!).
- Registered groups will be given 2-3 trestle tables and enough chairs for the number of tickets bought for each group. The number of tables given to each group is not necessarily based on allowing every single person a spot at a table – the nature of the evening is that very little time is spent sitting down!
- Apart from tables and chairs, each table is responsible for providing all their own props, tents, additional seating, eskis etc. No additional equipment will be provided by Music in the Moonlight.
